It is rutile type slag Flux-Cored Welding wire with tubular oxide slag system for welding low carbon steel and low alloy steel in CO2 Gas shield.it is workable in all position.With excellent welding performance of soft & stable arc, fewer spatter, excellent bead appearance,good slage detachability etc.Weld metal has been given toughening treatment by microelements in order to gain excellent low temperature toughness,good crack-resistance & stable & reliable inherent quality.
Applications:
Mainly used for welding structures made of carbon steel & low alloy steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490Mpa.Suitable for welding key structures such as shipbuilding,mechanicalmanufacture,pressure vessels,boilers,petroleum machinery,chemical machinery,hoisting machinery etc.
