Product Description


1.Classification:

AWS 5.1 E7018  ;  GB J506Fe   ;  JIS D5016  ;   DIN E5154(R)10   ;  
EN ISO 2560-A   E42 4 B 42 H5
 

2.Application:

Welding of medium carbon steel and some important low alloy steel structures ; Tensile strength geneally between 500Mpa-600Mpa ; for example 16Mn etc.

 

3.Excellent Welding Performance:

Works / manipulates very smoothly ; high fusion efficiency ; stable arc ; little spatter loss ; slag easy removed ; little smoke ; beautiful ripples etc.

4.Packing:
5.0kg per inner box,polybags sealing boxes,20kg (4 box) per carton,then on pallet.

 5.Notes:
Before welding, necessary to clean the work piece & remove the impurities,
bake the electrode at temperature of about 350°C centigrade for one hour.

Welding must be carried out under short arc & is suitable for narrow path.
When used DC,it must be connected with positive polarity.
